Partnering closely with the Learning & Development Manager, this role coordinates training activities, administers the Learning Management System (LMS), maintains training records, develops learning resources, and supports employee growth initiatives. As we continue the adoption of our newly implemented Learning Management System, this position plays a critical role in creating a positive learner experience, driving employee engagement, supporting growth opportunities, and contributing to the continuous improvement of training efforts across all departments.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, and life insurance offerings, short-term disability, and a 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility).This posting is open for thirty (30) days.

High SchoolResponsibilities Coordinate company-wide training schedules, learning programs, workshops, and development initiatives. Administer and support the organization's Learning Management System (LMS), including course assignments, enrollments, user support, learner tracking, and system enhancement. Maintain accurate training records, certifications, compliance documentation, and employee learning histories. Create and distribute learning reports, dashboards, and training metrics to support organizational decision-making. Monitor employee training completion rates and follow up with team members and leaders as needed. Assist in coordinating onboarding and orientation learning activities for new hires. Gather and evaluate learner feedback to measure training effectiveness and return on investment. Organize and facilitate learning events, workshops, and training sessions. Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining training materials, job guides, tutorials, and learning resources. Promote learning opportunities through effective internal communications and awareness campaigns.
