WHAT'S BREWING IN THIS ROLE?
The Senior Training & NSO Leader owns the execution of Training and New Stand Operations (NSO) across the Pacific Northwest, with an initial focus on Oregon and Washington. As M7B begins a long-term commitment to develop more than 200 stands across the Northwest, this role will lead the Training & NSO execution behind that expansion and help build the teams and leadership structure needed to support it at scale. This role operates with a high level of autonomy and serves as the primary Training & NSO leader in those markets. This person will lead new stand operations, drive the execution of training programs and standards, develop and lead teams, and partner closely with Operations to ensure teams are prepared for long-term success. This is a highly field-focused role. Significant travel should be expected as we begin growing throughout Oregon and Washington. As stands open and local teams and training resources become established, the travel demands of the role will naturally shift over time, while flexibility and regular time in the field will remain an important part of the position.RESPONSIBILITIES
