A Director of Training and Development is responsible for managing all staff training and professional development programs for an employer or organization. Decides the training requirements of the organization and designs training programs that address staff needs. May also be partially responsible for determining the strategic goals of the organization. Supervises training managers and training staff and evaluates training impact.

We are seeking a full-time Director of Children's Ministries to help grow and refine our current program and to foster new connections with children and families in our community. The ideal candidate displays an enthusiastic love of God and of children, excellent organization and communication skills, and a mature theological and spiritual foundation.

Minimum Bachelor's degree; Master's degree in theology or education preferred.
Compensation:
$45,000 - $55,000 per year based on qualifications and experience
