This individual will assist with gym operations, building and retaining a strong member-base, teaching amazing classes (leading by example), and providing a world class customer experience. The Assistant Gym Director is currently a part-time position, approximately 15 - 20 hours per week. Availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and some Friday evenings is required.
Job Description:
Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (certifications are not required - we'll teach you how)! Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here. Oversee training and evaluation of your fellow The Little Gym team members. Collaborate with the Gym Director to lead a high performing team through training, development, and rewarding. Assist the Gym Director with day-to-day operations. You'd fit in here if… You're totally open to being a goofball and love giving high 5's. (A background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics helps, but is not required).
