As a national brand sold through independent dealers, Showplace is committed to helping employees grow and succeed. Position Overview The Product Training Supervisor develops and implements training programs for dealers to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and operational effectiveness. This role ensures dealers are equipped to represent the brand, drive sales, and deliver strong customer experiences. This position requires tactical planning, strong communication skills, and expertise in training methodologies. A thorough understanding of all product lines is required, including book knowledge, electronic catalog versions, and awareness of current additions, changes, and deletions. Essential Functions Other duties may be assigned, requested, or directed. Design, develop, and deliver product training programs covering product knowledge, customer service, and operational processes Create training materials including manuals, presentations, videos, and e-learning modules Customize training programs to meet the needs of specific dealers or regions Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and follow-up Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to stay current on updates and trends Align training initiatives with company goals and dealer expectations Build and maintain strong dealer relationships to encourage engagement Serve as a point of contact for training-related questions Stay informed on industry trends, competitor practices, and training methods Update training materials as products, policies, and market conditions evolve Improve and innovate training delivery methods for better engagement Partner with the retail store manager to maintain the showroom training facility Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred Thorough knowledge of all product lines and versions Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to create and deliver training using PowerPoint Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and online learning platforms Ability to travel as needed
Working Hours Monday-Thursday:
7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.Friday:
