As the Labor Development Specialist, you'll be the face of our labor force development initiatives. What You'll Be Doing (And Rocking Every Minute of It): Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employees' skills and productivity across various departments. Collaborate with management and leadership to identify skills gaps and design targeted development strategies. Provide coaching and support to employees, guiding them through career growth, skill development, and performance improvement. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously refine them to meet evolving needs. What We're Looking For:

3-5 years of experience in labor development, training, or coaching roles—preferably in a manufacturing or operational setting. Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, coaching techniques, and skill development strategies. Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs that boost employee performance and engagement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
