Job Duties:

Responsible for new hire administrative training for production employees Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and gaps Generate reports on training compliance and progress for management. Ensure that all training programs comply with

ISO 9001

standards and requirements Monitor employee training progress and ensure completion within the required timelines. Keep accurate training records and ensure they are readily accessible for audits and inspections

Education:

High School Diploma or GED Skills:

Able to effectively communicate goals and expectations Ability to work closely with others and act on issues immediately Ability to communicate with upper management on training program Computer skills: Outlook, Excel, and Word.
