Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of learning and development initiatives in Houston, Texas. This Long-term Contract position will turn strategic learning goals into structured project plans, coordinate cross-functional execution, and help ensure high-quality program delivery across virtual and in-person formats. The role requires strong organization, stakeholder communication, and the ability to manage timelines, budgets, resources, and risks in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Convert learning strategies into detailed project roadmaps with defined milestones, timelines, and resource needs.
  • Direct the full lifecycle of learning and development projects, from initial planning through execution, monitoring, and completion.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, vendors, and support teams to keep deliverables on track and expectations aligned.
  • Provide consistent project updates to leadership, identify emerging issues early, and implement practical solutions to reduce risk.
  • Manage logistics for training programs, including scheduling, participant communications, enrollment support, materials preparation, and venue or technology readiness.
  • Partner with platform administrators and technical teams to support smooth delivery for both virtual and in-person learning experiences.
  • Track project budgets, schedules, and dependencies to maintain control over scope and overall execution quality.
  • Assist in establishing success measures, collecting feedback and performance data, and recommending improvements for future learning initiatives.
