Job Description

Summary The Training & Organizational Development Manager acts as a liaison and adviser to leadership and facilitates the organization's development initiatives across Vytl Controls Group. This position will plan, develop, implement, and administer training programs for all company personnel. This position will also be responsible for the development, integration, and sustainability of organizational development plans and associated projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives. Responsibilities Develop and facilitate Leadership, Management, and Technical Training as needed Lead the delivery of various technical training courses at various expertise levels to the technicians across the company Assist the Director of Quality and Compliance in the ongoing application, facilitation, maintenance, recording, and reporting of the Technician Training Program. Develop, implement, and maintain a Mentoring Program. Assist HR Coordinator and VP of HR in development and maintenance of Community College and High School Outreach Programs Develop partnerships for Training and Job Placement Programs with local Community Colleges and Trade Schools Positional Requirements & Qualifications Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred 3-5 or more years' experience in Training and/or Organizational Development role. Skills & Abilities Must be a team player. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to prioritize and complete projects within a deadline. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; demonstrate ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple demands with a positive attitude. Possess strong customer service skills; promotes quality customer service. Must be able to travel and have a clear driving record in accordance with the company's driving guidelines. Clear background check within company and customer requirements. Must be able to pass drug & alcohol screening. Essential Physical Functions Lifting up to 25 pounds Bending, stooping, ability to stand for extended periods of time Must be able to travel and have a clear driving record in accordance to company driving guidelines This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of the work being performed.
