Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Director of Learning & Development About the Role Join a high‑growth organization as the architect of its Learning & Development function. In this role, you will build a comprehensive internal "university" from the ground up—designing curriculum, classrooms, certifications, and partnerships that elevate every new hire to standard and keep processes sharp as the company scales. This is a strategic leadership seat: you will embed within each division to understand how work truly gets done, then translate that knowledge into customer‑centric, data‑driven training programs that are Followed By All (FBA). Your work will help shift the organization from internally focused habits to a culture anchored in the customer experience. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Accountability — Build and lead the Learning & Development function; establish goals, processes, coaching rhythms, and communication pathways that scale with growth. Training Needs Analysis — Immerse in each division (Sales, Engineering, Production, IT, Supply Chain, Finance) to identify gaps, assess documentation maturity, and determine what must be rebuilt. Curriculum & Program Design — Develop an end‑to‑end curriculum aligned to the customer journey (Learn, Shop, Buy, Use, Re‑fire/Retire) so every role understands its Moment of Truth. Process Certification — Establish certification standards ensuring processes are documented, customer‑centric, and consistently Followed By All. Classrooms & LMS — Build the learning infrastructure: LMS, certification tracking, on‑the‑job training, mentorship pipelines, and division‑specific learning environments. External Partnerships — Identify and manage external training resources, certifications, and partners that expand internal capability. Data‑Driven Outcomes — Define and own the L&D Scorecard, tracking certification rates, onboarding completion, time‑to‑productivity, and progress against SMART goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree or L&D certification preferred. 5+ years in learning & development, instructional design, or training—ideally in a manufacturing, engineering, or technical environment. Proven ability to build programs or functions from the ground up. Strong process orientation with discipline to document, standardize, and ensure work is Followed By All (FBA). Customer‑centric mindset with the ability to translate internal processes into customer Moments of Truth. Experience designing and managing LMS platforms, certification systems, mentorship programs, and external training partnerships. Data‑driven approach with comfort defining measurables and proving impact. Strong communication skills with the ability to earn cross‑functional buy‑in.
