Description Director of T reatment Center Director Training and Development BayMark Health Services - Nationwide Travel (50-70%) BayMark Health Services, a national leader in opioid addiction treatment, is seeking an experienced Director of Training and Development to lead onboarding and leadership coaching for our Treatment Center Directors (TCDs) across the country. This role focuses on accelerating leadership readiness, driving census growth, and ensuring operational excellence from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver structured onboarding and 2-4 weeks of hands-on, on-site training for all new TCDs. Provide ongoing leadership coaching to improve performance and strengthen program operations. Develop and maintain training toolkits, SOPs, and census-building playbooks for consistent onboarding. Partner with regional leadership to assess needs, create action plans, and track progress. Host recurring virtual sessions and workshops to promote continuous learning and development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or related field ( Master's preferred ). 7+ years of multi-site healthcare operations leadership or training experience. Strong knowledge of census growth strategies, admissions workflows, and team leadership. Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems (SAMMS a plus). Ability to travel 50-70% nationally .
