Job Description The Training Execution Lead will play a key role in managing and leading training project work pertaining to training programs, systems and company initiatives. They will be heavily involved in curriculum building and resource development for Business Unit and MIT training, as well as Leadership Development and Certified Trainer programs. The position will work cross functionally to ensure a successful outcome of all training initiatives and program changes. They will also support the MIT team in maintaining and executing training in Restaurants through the CTR and MIT systems. Leads training project work and program initiatives in partnership with Training leadership to ensure successful execution and business outcomes. Owns end-to-end delivery of assigned training projects, including planning, stakeholder alignment, communications, status reporting, and implementation. Oversees training program maintenance processes, ensuring content, systems, and resources remain current, effective, and operationally aligned. Evaluates training curriculum, program effectiveness, and resource utilization; develops and implements enhancements based on business needs and learner feedback. Drives project management activities for Training department initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks. Serves as a training subject matter expert and consults with cross-functional partners to design and execute effective training solutions. Identifies opportunities to improve training processes, tools, and learner experiences, recommending scalable solutions that support organizational growth. Monitors training program performance and provides insights and recommendations to Training leadership based on operational results and stakeholder feedback. Partners with Operations and other business functions to support the successful rollout of new initiatives, programs, and system enhancements.
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
5+ years of field support training experience, preferably in QSR, retail or hospitality industry operations 2 years of serving as a mentor or subject matter expert Operations background in QSR, retail or hospitality industry Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
