Job Responsibilities & Requirements The Contact Center Manager will lead the Contact Center team in delivering consistent customer experiences across phone, secure messaging, online banking support, and digital self-service channels This person will be responsible for daily operations, digital servicing performance, technology utilization, staff development, service metrics, and regulatory compliance Additionally, this person will partner with all NSB business lines to implement technology enhancements, improve processes, and ensure workforce readiness Professional Development & Career Advancement Your growth is our investment.
