Job Description:
Core4ce Project Lead 1390-383 We are seeking a Project Lead professional to manage the development of engaging, accessible online training solutions using industry-standard eLearning tools and web technologies in collaboration with instructional designers and subject matter experts for Government personnel
Responsibilities :
Manage and maintain existing and new courses. Manage all logistics of course in person and Virtual. Create and Maintain databases for tracking attendees, post course evaluations and provides statistical data to Training Manager. Provide support to course instructors throughout the course training process. Collaborate with Instructional Designers, IT Specialist and Training Facilitator to ensure tasks are on track and completed. Provide logistical support all other training needs to include but not limited to Security Cooperation Workforce Development Program updating and reporting metrics. Assist SYSCOM Security Cooperation Office Training Manager with ad-hoc tasks related to training. This position is designed to be flexible, with responsibilities evolving to meet business needs and enable individual growth.
Required Experience:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance for this role. Shall have a minimum of 12 years of specialized experience in curriculum design, however, bachelor's degree from an accredited university will be considered equivalent to four (4) years of specialized experience. NAVSEA Security Cooperation, Bachelor's Degree and FMS experience is desired. Why Work for Us?
