For the area of Plant Improvement located in Mobile, AL we invite experts to submit applications for the role as Training Coordinator Reference-No.: 200004031 Department Production & Material Manufacturing industry & skilled workers Position Employee Location USA, Mobile Purpose & key responsibilities of the role Lead role to review standard operating procedures and ensure training documentation is in alignment. Prepare operational training material (powerpoint, video, etc.) as needed. Analyze current training matrix and make recommendations on path forward to ensure we have adequate trained employees in all operational areas. Assist in training of process technicians. Maintain up to date training matrix. Perform other duties as directed Complies with Business/Quality policy and objectives. Our expectations for this exciting role B.S. Degree preferred with 10 years of manufacturing experience Attention to details and good analytics skill Self-motivated in managing multi-tasks and able to delivery result with quality Able to support change management and continuous improvement and project management skill Advance level in computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point and other IT Applications as needed).
