Description Summary:
The AIMM Services training instructor is responsible for delivering facilitating training programs. This includes class instruction, in-person field instruction and administering assessments to students. The position is also responsible for the creation and implementation of programs as needed by the market. Previous experience in teaching and a strong background in the industrial electrical industry is preferred. This will be a territory-defined role that reports to the AIMM Services Business Development Manager. There is a requirement to interact with other team members to deliver the best possible client experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
Previous experience working as part of a large, multi-disciplinary team completing full project life-cycle implementations. Demonstrated strong interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills. Understanding of safe work practices in an industrial environment. Examples of being self-motivated and able to work independently. Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, etc. 2+ years of hands-on experience in an industrial/manufacturing work environment. Understanding of safety codes, standards and best practices. High School Diploma with Industrial experience, Associate of Science Degree in Engineering or Technology, or equivalent training Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Licensed electrician strongly preferred.
Working Conditions:
This position will conduct and/or coordinate training at CED locations or customer sites.

Veteran Compensation Range:
The compensation range for this position is $60000 to $90000 annually.
