Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering industrial processes, equipment operation, and safety best practices Manage the Learning Corner by coordinating training resources and leading short interval management activities Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve materials to maximize learning impact; Assessing training needs. 2 year + in a lead/training capacity High School Diploma or GED required.
