Job Description
Join our manufacturing team as an Industrial Training Technician and play a key role in building a skilled, safety-focused workforce. You'll design and deliver training programs that enhance employee capabilities and drive operational excellence on the plant floor. What will you do? Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering industrial processes, equipment operation, and safety best practices Manage the Learning Corner by coordinating training resources and leading short interval management activities Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve materials to maximize learning impact; Assessing training needs. Collaborate with HR, Methods, and Learning Solutions teams to align training priorities and resolve challenges Conducting instructor-led training Developing training materials, guides, and e-learning content Evaluating training effectiveness Updating curriculum and learning programs What are the key skills we are looking for?
