The key responsibilities of this Training Coordinator include, but are not limited to: As determined by objectives, goals, and strategies, deliver both hands-on land classroom training / instruction. Procure, design, and administer training programs for machinists, inspectors, assemblers, and other personnel in accordance with all applicable industry workmanship standards to optimize efficiency of operations and minimize risks. Assess training needs through job analysis and consultations with managers. Design and implement learning strategies and programs, including LMS courses, hands-on workshops, and other training sessions as needed. Assess the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements to ensure they meet organizational goals. Work with managers, subject matter experts, and external vendors to design, develop, and deliver high-impact learning solutions. Schedule all training events for individual, small, and large group trainings. Maintain an annual training calendar. Maintain employee training records.
