Position Overview:

As a Field Training Specialist, you'll bring Dutch Bros' training programs to life in the field. Working from established standards and strategies, you'll translate training plans into practical resources, deliver engaging in-person and virtual learnings, and ensure leaders are equipped to train their crews on new products, processes, equipment, and technology. Your role ensures that the field is set up for success by keeping materials current, observing training in action, and sharing feedback that strengthens consistency across markets. This work is critical to scaling our growth while ensuring every shop and every employee has the tools, knowledge, and confidence to deliver the Dutch Bros experience.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4 years equivalent experience, preferred Experience with Dutch Bros training programs, preferred Exceptional communication and organizational skills - written and verbal Willingness to travel
