Full Job Description Warranty Analyst Location:
Fountain Valley, CA Pay:
$32.00 - $35.00 per hour Join a Team That Drives Warranty Operations Excellence We are seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Analyst to support warranty operations, reporting, training, and dealer program administration. This temporary contract opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in warranty administration, automotive operations, claims analysis, training, reporting, and dealer support. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze warranty parts and labor submissions for accuracy and compliance Support dealer communications and assist in resolving warranty-related disputes Generate reports, analyze data, and fulfill ad hoc reporting requests Assist with budget tracking, annual planning, purchase orders, and change notice processing Maintain and update warranty policies, procedures, and claim submission standards Support initiatives that improve dealer warranty claim processes and operational efficiency Deliver training to internal teams, regional staff, and dealership personnel Coordinate monthly warranty training sessions, webinars, and town hall meetings Partner with training teams to develop and update educational materials and programs Support field teams with remote and in-person training as needed Qualifications Experience in warranty administration, claims processing, operations, or automotive support functions Experience in SQL and UAT testing.
