Full Job Description Salary Range:
$156,000.00

Summary of Duties:
Responsible for leading the Training Team in coordinating, conducting, training, curriculum development, eLearning development, and delivery of computerized system training. Responsible for ensuring the team's optimal set-up of training classes, quality control, including administering a proficiency assessment and class evaluation at the end of each session. Functions as a course designer and end-user trainer. Works with team and workgroup leads on all aspects of meeting training needs.
Educational Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Healthcare, Business Information Technology, or equivalent experience and certifications.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Certifications in Epic or equivalent work experience. Will train the appropriate candidate.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of four (4) years combined experience in training, support, implementations, healthcare discipline, or other equivalent experience in a healthcare setting. Experience with healthcare information systems. Knowledge of learning management systems, web-based or multimedia presentation materials, or other training development and delivery applications, and provide the first level of support for the training team.
Special Skills or Abilities:
Effective trainer and course designer with excellent communication and team/workgroup leadership skills. Use various approaches in quality improvement.
