Duties Engage with gym members and visitors to promote personal training programs, highlighting their benefits and tailoring solutions to individual needs Conduct fitness assessments, including biomechanics and physiology evaluations, to understand client capabilities and goals Create personalized workout plans that incorporate program design, body mechanics, nutrition guidance, and motivational coaching techniques Build strong rapport with clients through effective communication, coaching, and ongoing support to foster motivation and retention Demonstrate proper exercise techniques, manual handling skills, and safety procedures such as first aid, CPR, AED operation, and heavy lifting protocols Maintain comprehensive client records, track progress, and adjust programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement Stay informed about industry trends in fitness sales, coaching certifications, anatomy knowledge, and health club best practices to enhance service quality Experience Proven experience in fitness industry sales or personal training roles with a focus on client engagement and program promotion Background in sports coaching or physical education teaching that demonstrates coaching ability and motivational skills Knowledge of biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics essential for designing effective workout plans Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), first aid, AED operation, and liability insurance preferred or required for safety compliance (Not required but preferred) Hands-on experience with gym equipment handling, heavy lifting techniques, program design software or tools is advantageous Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and communicate clearly with diverse clients Prior experience working in health clubs or fitness facilities is highly desirable Join us if you're passionate about empowering others through fitness!
