We are looking for an Operations Training Specialist with 5+ years of training experience in a manufacturing environment. The role will focus on new-hire training, On-the-Job Training (OJT), operator and technician certification, training records, and compliance. Responsibilities Conduct new-hire, classroom, and OJT for operators and technicians. Develop and deliver manufacturing, process, and system training. Ensure employees complete required training and certifications. Track certification and re-certification activities. Maintain training records, certificates, licenses, and renewal information. Maintain records for mandatory training and safety-sensitive personnel. Prepare training materials and packages based on project requirements. Evaluate training effectiveness and improve programs based on feedback. Coordinate with management and stakeholders on training needs and results. Ensure compliance with training systems, processes, and standards. Review employee training files and follow up on required medical and training documentation. Required Skills 5+ years of Training & Development experience. Manufacturing training experience. New-hire and OJT training experience. Operator and technician training. Employee certification and training record management. Training compliance management. Classroom training and public speaking. Strong communication and presentation skills.
