Insurance Trainer (Bilingual )

Veronica's Insurance is seeking an experienced and dynamic Insurance Trainer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) , sales, and hands-on insurance operations.

Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver training sessions for agents and staff on insurance products, compliance, and sales techniques. Develop and present engaging training materials, including weekly sessions, presentations, and workshops. Conduct and evaluate exams to ensure compliance and knowledge retention. Provide one-on-one coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback. Keep training documentation up to date with industry and company standards.

Requirements:

Active P&C License (Property & Casualty). Proven experience as an insurance agent , with sales and quoting background. Proficiency in insurance tools and platforms such as ITC, CRMs, eSignature platforms (e.g., DocuSign) , and quoting systems. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide others. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
