2988837457-2 Apply for this job now Job Description TD Synnex seeks a Process Training Specialist to design, deliver, and optimize training that supports our cutting-edge software solutions. In this hybrid San Francisco-based role, you will analyze current workflows, document standard operating procedures, and translate complex technical processes into clear, engaging learning content. Partner with cross-functional IT and product teams to identify skill gaps, build role-based training paths, and track effectiveness with data-driven metrics. Responsibilities Design and deliver process and systems training for technical and business teams Analyze workflows and document clear, scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs) Translate complex IT and software processes into user-friendly training materials Partner with cross-functional teams to assess skill gaps and define training needs Develop role-based learning paths and e-learning modules using an LMSMeasure training effectiveness using data and recommend continuous improvements Support process changes and new technology rollouts with targeted training Maintain up-to-date documentation aligned with evolving tools and practices Required Skills Process mapping Technical writing Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration Instructional design Data analysis and reporting Workflow automation tools (e.g., Jira, Service Now) Training facilitation Software development lifecycle (SDLC) knowledge Quality assurance and compliance Change management
