THE POSITION
The Learning & Development Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Chief People Officer by planning, organizing, and executing a wide variety of Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives. They will bring a rich background in cultivating leadership within both service and corporate settings, serving as a trusted advisor and coordinator for employee resource groups to foster a culture of inclusivity and engagement.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Design and deliver training to support leadership development, enhance skills and foster growth within diverse teams. Serve as an advisor to company leaders, consulting on strategies to amplify engagement and maximize the impact of training programs across the organization. Act as a coordinator and resource for employee resource groups by creating and facilitating initiatives that promote inclusivity, cultural engagement, and support for professional growth. Develop and implement comprehensive evaluation strategies to assess the effectiveness and impact of each training program, driving continuous improvement. Manage multiple concurrent projects with efficiency, providing clear, timely written updates on progress, open items, and next steps to stakeholders.
