You will leverage your technical expertise in photolithography equipment to craft and deliver impactful training sessions from a dedicated facility in San Jose. This role offers a dynamic environment to enhance your course development prowess and engage with both internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate comprehensive training sessions focused on the operation, maintenance, application, and installation of industrial photolithography products.
  • Create and update technical training materials, ensuring they align with the latest industry standards and client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to optimize training content and maintain the integrity of equipment used in training laboratories and cleanrooms.
  • Validate and refine technical procedures critical to supporting field technicians and client operations.
  • Deliver insightful presentations on complex technical concepts and foster a knowledge-sharing environment among peers.
  • Engage with clients to better understand their training requirements and gather feedback on current program efficacy.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related technical discipline.
  • Proven track record with 3-5 years in related roles, ideally with experience in semiconductor or photolithography equipment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility with work hours and a commitment to residing near San Jose, California.
