Job Description

Our client, leading provider of consumer, business-to-business, and industrial digital imaging solutions throughout the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean, is seeking a Technical Course Development Trainer to support training initiatives focused on advanced industrial photolithography equipment used within the semiconductor industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled professional who enjoys combining hands-on equipment expertise with curriculum development and technical instruction. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and delivering training programs for both internal personnel and external customers while supporting one of the world's most recognized technology brands.
Responsibilities:
Technical Training Delivery Conduct user training programs on photolithography equipment and related technologies Deliver classroom and laboratory-based instruction for both internal employees and external customers Provide training on equipment operation, preventive maintenance procedures, applications and process fundamentals, and equipment installation and setup Develop and deliver detailed technical presentations on complex equipment and operational topics Course Development & Documentation Develop new technical training materials, lesson plans, and instructional content. Update and revise existing training materials to ensure technical accuracy and relevance Verify the accuracy of technical procedures and documentation used by field service technicians and customers Continuously improve training content based on equipment updates, customer feedback, and business needs Customer & Cross-Functional Support Collaborate with customers and internal teams to implement training programs and support learning objectives Gather customer feedback to evaluate and enhance training effectiveness Maintain training equipment and cleanroom facilities to ensure proper functionality for training and demonstration purposes Support field service teams by providing technical expertise and validating training content Knowledge Sharing & Continuous Improvement Participate in technical discussion groups and knowledge-sharing activities Mentor and support less experienced colleagues by sharing technical expertise and best practices Contribute to ongoing improvements in training methods, materials, and delivery techniques
Compensation:
$70,000 to $100,000
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience 3-5 years of relevant technical experience Strong presentation, communication, and instructional skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint Residence within commuting distance of the San Jose, CA area, as this position requires full-time on-site attendance
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
