Implementation Support Specialists develop creative strategies that align a client's requirements to our solutions. You will work directly with Implementation Managers and with clients to gather requirements, provide training and manage projects. You will also collaborate with a wide array of intelligent and energetic individuals while working toward a common goal. This position offers the opportunity to travel. Job Duties Establish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure quality service and satisfaction. Manage multiple high-level projects simultaneously, and effectively track all requirements to completion. Develop comprehensive work plans and training documentation using web-based solutions. Define project goals and develop benchmarks to gauge implementation progress. Conduct dedicated web-based training with clients covering product functionality, suggested workflow, and product setup.
