$70,305/yr The Technical Training Senior Specialist will support the development and implementation of Microelectronics capability within a production environment. This role serves as a subject matter expert, providing hands on technical guidance, establishing foundational processes and training to enable a stable and sustainable operational ramp up.
Responsibilities:
Provide hands on technical support in Microelectronics processes and production activities Develop and document standard work, process flows and training materials Partner with operations, engineering and quality teams to align process and requirements Identify process gaps and implement practical solutions Support production readiness, initial builds and stabilization efforts Transfer knowledge to internal teams to enable long term sustainment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 10 years of experience in Microelectronics manufacturing, assembly or related technical field Experience building similar capabilities in a production environment Strong working knowledge of Microelectronics processes and production environments. Demonstrated capability to train and mentor personnel in a hands on setting. Ability to operate independently and drive results in fast paced production environment. Strong problem solving skills with a focus on implementation methodology. Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
