POSITION SUMMARY
Provide assistance at the urgent care centers as a data support staff that will manage clients' registrations and process their health care related documents in our Electronic Medical Records (EHR) system. Additionally, may provide technical assistance to Exodus' Data Collection Systems (DCSs) users. Exodus internal DCS network includes Cerner Community Behavioral Health EHR system, UCC Admission Logs, Private Insurance Logs, Medicare logs, etc. Answer questions or resolve Data Collection Systems issues for staff in person, or via telephone or electronically. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, signature pads, scanning, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems. Design and conduct training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance in regards to Exodus' Data Collection Systems and other Decision Support tools
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Strong Microsoft Office skills, primarily Word and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Cerner Community Behavioral Health EHR system preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work and communicate effectively with others. Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects. Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role.
EDUCATION
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent degree is required.
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree.
EXPERIENCE
Experience working in data entry applications and maintaining detailed information regarding demographic data.
