Essential Duties and Responsibilities What to Expect As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Based in our Denver office, this role is responsible for developing and executing training programs that support Gates' commercial teams, customers, and partners in the bicycle industry. The position plays a key role in enabling product adoption, service excellence, and ecosystem alignment across retailers, distributors, and service partners. Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Product Development, and Customer Experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver training content in partnership with cross-functional subject matter experts
Plan and execute training programs across formats (webinars, in-person, digital learning)
Manage and support the external learning management system and user experience
Ensure global accessibility and consistency of training content across regions and partners
Lead training project management and support field sales and customer events
Deliver technical training for Authorized Service Partners, distributors, OEMs, and assembly factories
Build and maintain the Gates Authorized Service-Partner network
Develop and deploy service partner toolkits, collaborating with manufacturers on tools and content
Lead content creation including on-site photo, video, and training materials
Apply best practices and voice-of-customer insights to continuously improve training effectiveness
Manage and enable the aftermarket distributor network, driving product knowledge, service standards, and alignment to support retailer performance and customer experience
Travel as needed (15-25%) Requirements and Preferred Skills About You 5+ years of experience in technical sales, training, engineering, or product roles within the bicycle mobility industry
Proven ability to lead technical training and product education initiatives
Strong technical expertise in bicycle mobility products; familiarity with Gates Belt Drive systems preferred
Experience with eLearning tools and platforms is a plus
Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint) is a plus
Self-starter with strong collaboration and project management skills
