Position Overview Elite Performance is seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Personal Trainer to join our team. This role extends beyond leading training sessions—it requires someone who excels at building relationships, growing a client base, and contributing to overall sales success. Our trainers have the opportunity to expand their clientele through structured lead generation systems, consultations, referrals, and team-driven initiatives while delivering exceptional results that reflect Elite Performance's high standards. This position begins with an hourly onboarding period and transitions into a commission-based compensation structure that rewards performance, effort, and client growth. Trainers start at $15 per hour , with the opportunity to earn $100,000+ annually through strong performance and client development. Key Responsibilities Design and implement safe, effective, and personalized training programs. Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to understand client goals and develop customized plans. Generate new business through outreach, referrals, networking, and lead conversion. Meet or exceed monthly sales, training, and retention goals. Maintain consistent communication and accountability to support client progress and satisfaction. Build strong, lasting relationships that improve the overall client experience and retention. Collaborate with fellow team members to foster a positive, high-energy, and results-focused culture. QualificationsRequired Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, NSCA, or equivalent). Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Passion for fitness, health, and helping others achieve their goals. Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous growth. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field. Previous experience in personal training, coaching, or fitness sales. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
