Job Description

Where Science Meets Soul (And Heavy Chaos Control) At Seven Dimensions Behavioral Health (7D) , we don't just practice ABA; we live by the dimensions that define it. Our name isn't just a nod to Baer, Wolf, and Risley (1968)—it's our operational blueprint, our hyper-specific preference assessment, and yes, we probe each other on it during lunch. We are a clinician-led organization dedicated to #PeopleOverProfit , prioritizing high-rate assent over high-rate billables, and operating strictly on a trauma-assumed differential reinforcement schedule. We believe in Evolution , Innovation , and the non-contingent reinforcement of a well-timed sensory break. That's why we've built a culture rooted in OBM, ensuring our staff's functional progress is as data-driven, positively reinforced, and heavily caffeine-prompted as our clients'. The 7D Day Treatment Lead Experience As a Day Treatment Lead, you aren't forced into fixed-ratio burnout—you are the hands-on S^D supervising cases under direct BCBA mentorship. You will work directly with our Day Treatment learners to ensure every intervention is Technological enough for a toddler to follow, Effective enough to produce visible latency reduction, and Behavioral enough that time flies faster than an escaping BCBA intern.
Key Responsibilities Applied Excellence:
Supervise cases using structured schedules that target socially significant behaviors while keeping learner joy, autonomy, and assent on a continuous schedule of reinforcement.
Analytic Leadership:
Collect IOA-approved real-time data under BCBA guidance to keep programming agile without placing your human empathy on extinction.
Conceptually Systematic Mentorship:
Prompt, shape, and champion RBTs using heavy positive reinforcement, active modeling, and zero punishment procedures.
Generality-Focused Care:
Train families and care teams so functional communication skills generalize seamlessly from our clinic to target natural environments.
Collaborative Innovation:
Work within our OBM framework to address environmental barriers, keeping team morale at peak elevation and burnout strictly on punishment schedules.
What Sets Us Apart Objective Career Pipeline:
Promotion schedules are strictly rule-governed and 100% transparent. Advancement is controlled by your performance data, not variable-interval favor exchange.
Quality-First Ratios:
Satiation over deprivation—we prioritize clinical depth over billable hour saturation.
Assent-Based Practice:
We prioritize the learner's "yes," maintaining a trauma-assumed lens across all programming.
Extensive Onboarding:
We provide Colorado's most robust shaping program, including QBS Advanced Safety Care Certification.
Professional Evolution:
Direct BCBA mentorship, free CE opportunities, and an annual stipend to reinforce your professional development.
Reinforcers & Compensation Salary:
Highly competitive, with quarterly bonuses contingent on objective, observable metrics.
Work-Life Balance:
3-6 weeks of
PTO + 11
Paid Holidays (because even behavior analysts need non-contingent access to Never-Never Land).
Health & Wellness:
Medical, Dental, and Vision with up to 80% employer contribution.
Future Security:
401(k) with a 4% company match.
Community:
Company events, COABA conference shenanigans, free company swag, and a team that emits intraverbals to your ABA puns. Entry Requirements Master's Degree in ABA OR a related field while actively pursuing BCBA certification . A " Beginner's Mindset "—a high frequency of self-correction and continuous skill acquisition. High emotional agility and a solid sense of humor (to naturally decelerate daily chaos). Experience with assent-based ABA or a strong motivation to transition away from coercive escape-extinction methods. Ability to commute to our Fort Collins, CO center. Ready to evolve with us? Don't just send a boring resume—tell us your favorite dad joke or the best reinforcer you've ever used!
