This program is designed to provide a strong foundation in oilfield operations through structured onboarding, technical training, mentorship, and hands-on field experience. Successful candidates will begin with an introductory orientation and training program before being assigned to experienced field locations, where they will develop their skills in our Completions Tools and Wireline divisions while working alongside industry professionals. Key Responsibilities Participate in structured onboarding and technical training. Learn the operation, maintenance, and handling of completion tools and wireline equipment. Assist with wellsite operations while following all safety and operational procedures. Work closely with experienced technicians and supervisors to develop technical and operational skills. Maintain equipment and support safe, efficient field operations. Build the competencies required to advance within the organization. Qualifications Recent graduate from a recognized technical program. Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and grow. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment. Willingness to travel and work across in remote locations. Valid Class 5 driver's license is considered an asset.
