Job Description
Boys & Girls Club of Fremont County & Custer County is a non-profit serving youth after school and summer in Fremont and Custer Counties. We are seeking a fun, engaging person to join our team as a Youth Development Professional for our Westcliffe K-7 Club. We provide valuable training and certificates for this position. Youth Development Professionals work directly with youth, facilitating their day, programs, and activities. YDPs are responsible for planning their programs and activities, helping creating a safe, positive environment, teaching and modeling positive behaviors, following all Club policies and procedures, completing reports and other projects as assigned.
