About the Role Are you an experienced Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Lead MA, or Clinical Trainer who loves mentoring others? Sanitas is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for a Clinical Learning Manager to lead clinical onboarding, standardized workflow training, and EMR implementation across our medical centers.
What You'll Do:
Train & Onboard:
Lead hands-on clinical and operational training for new Medical Assistants and clinic staff.
Support Center Openings:
Drive training deployment for new clinic launches, ensuring staff are proficient in policies, procedures, and care delivery.
EMR & Platform Rollouts:
Train staff on clinical platforms (eClinicalWorks, Persivia) and coordinate ongoing workflow updates. Build a
Super-User Network:
Identify and mentor Lead MAs at local clinics to establish an ongoing peer learning network.
Maintain Quality Standards:
Drive QA processes, document system issues, and optimize clinic workflows to maintain high-quality patient care.
Requirements Medical Experience:
3-5 years in a clinical environment, with direct experience training, onboarding, or precepting Medical Assistants.
Travel Flexibility:
Willingness to travel up to 75% for site launches, hands-on training, and clinic support.
Technical Skills:
Strong familiarity with EMR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal, consultative, and instruction skills. Preferred Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) or related clinical certification. Direct experience with eClinicalWorks . Bilingual in English and Spanish.
