Job Description We're seeking coachable, driven, and adaptable certified personal trainer eager to expand their expertise beyond fitness and into the future of health and longevity. You will begin by taking our BLU Personal Training Certification and, upon completion, there will be the possibility to begin training to become a Certified BLU Longevity Coach. Implementing the BLU methodology of utilizing the 5 Drivers of Health and Wellness, in combination of the best evidence-based longevity medicine to help guide members to achieving a life full of vitality and longevity, overall adding ThriveYears™ and increasing the healthspan of those we serve.
Essential Duties:
Assess & Track:
Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to establish each client's baseline health and longevity metrics and improve and grow those metrics over continuous training and coaching.
Program & Train:
Design and execute individualized training programs aligned with our proprietary methodology and longevity goals.
Test & Optimize:
Learn to administer VO₂ Max, RMR, Grip Strength and Lunar iDXA testing, integrating these insights into training protocols.
Educate & Elevate:
Guide clients beyond fitness, helping them implement lifestyle strategies for long-term health and vitality.
Collaborate & Grow:
Work alongside medical professionals and wellness experts, staying at the forefront of research-driven fitness and longevity innovations.
Learn & Evolve:
Stay up to date on the latest training techniques, scientific advancements, and best practices to continuously refine coaching methods.
Maintain & Prepare:
Ensure all training spaces and equipment are well-maintained, clean, and ready for optimal client use.
Mentor & Lead:
Support and train fellow Personal Trainers, fostering a collaborative environment of growth and shared expertise.
Create & Share:
Develop educational content, training materials, and resources to enhance client engagement and team knowledge.
Support & Serve:
Be present and available to assist members and team members, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for all.
Requirements:
Certified Personal Trainer (or in the process of obtaining certification). Passionate about fitness, wellness, and longevity medicine. Strong Interpersonal Skills—able to motivate, educate, and connect with clients. Coachable & Growth-Oriented—eager to learn our method and expand beyond traditional personal training. Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
