Paid Training | Entry Level FTL Consultants is seeking a Health Strategy Consultant to join our growing Fort Lauderdale team. This position is designed for individuals who enjoy working directly with clients, understanding their needs, and helping them navigate available health coverage options. As a Health Strategy Consultant, you'll meet with prospective and existing clients, identify their individual needs, explain available health-related products and services, and help guide them through the enrollment and decision-making process. No previous industry experience is required . We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help new team members develop their product knowledge, communication skills, and ability to confidently assist clients.

Responsibilities:

Meet with prospective and existing clients Identify individual client needs through professional consultations Educate clients on available health coverage options Assist clients throughout the enrollment process Conduct follow-ups and maintain professional client relationships Develop strong product and industry knowledge Maintain accurate client information and documentation Work toward individual and team performance goals Participate in ongoing training and professional development
