Job Description

Sales & Service Trainer King Risk Partners is one of the fastest-growing agencies among the top 100 U.S. brokers, with 50 years of expertise delivering personal, commercial, aviation, private-client, and habitational coverage. This role exists to turn that expertise into consistent producer performance so every client—from first-time homeowners to condo associations—receives tailored, competitively priced protection. You will own the systems that convert new hires into confident advisors and existing teams into quota-crushing professionals. Performance Objectives Design and launch a 90-day onboarding curriculum that enables new producers to close their first five policies within 60 days of start date. Raise average monthly new-business production of trained producers by 25% within six months of program rollout, measured against prior-year baselines. Cut first-year producer attrition from 35% to under 15% by embedding weekly skill labs and ride-along coaching. Create and certify a service-excellence playbook that lifts and reduces policy-servicing complaints 40% in the first year. Deliver monthly product-knowledge workshops covering home, auto, life, employee benefits, and surety so every licensed associate can quote three additional lines without specialist hand-off. Build a digital training library (LMS modules, call recordings, objection-handling scripts) that 90% of the field force completes within 30 days of release. Environment & Resources You report to the National Sales Leader and partner with regional presidents across our regional offices. You will have a dedicated training budget, access to our AMS, CRM, and carrier portals, plus freedom to bring in outside subject-matter experts. Essential Qualifications Proven track record designing insurance sales or service training that produced measurable revenue or retention lifts. Active P&C license and fluency in personal & commercial lines. Experience coaching remote and in-office producers using Teams and Onsite methods. Comfort owning LMS content, tracking completion, and reporting ROI to leadership. Role Selling Points Direct impact on a top-100 broker still in high-growth mode—your programs will be the playbook for the next 50 years. National reach with local agents; you will travel to offices and ride with producers, not just lecture from HQ. Full product suite (aviation to condo associations) gives you rich, real-world case material most trainers never see. Leadership that measures success by producer income and client outcomes, not slide-deck volume. If you are ready to turn insurance expertise into producer results, apply now!
