The Opportunity We're seeking a multifaceted individual who can seamlessly blend their expertise in health coaching or personal training with strong sales and marketing skills. This role is a hybrid position and perfect for someone who is not only dedicated to client success but also possesses the drive to expand our reach and impact within the local healthcare community and beyond. You'll have the flexibility to manage your schedule while making a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities Client Coaching & Training:

Develop and implement personalized health and fitness programs for clients, providing ongoing guidance, motivation, and support to help them achieve their wellness objectives.

Sales & Business Development:

Actively identify and pursue new client leads through direct marketing efforts.

Marketing & Outreach:

Engage in direct marketing to local healthcare professionals (doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, etc.) and the local community (community events, local businesses, etc.) to build referral networks and attract new clients.

Relationship Building:

Foster strong, trusting relationships with clients, prospective clients, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.

Administrative Efficiency:

Maintain accurate client records, manage schedules, and handle other administrative tasks with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems.

Community Engagement:

Represent our brand positively in the community through direct marketing initiatives and outreach.

Qualifications Certification:

Current certification as a Health Coach (e.g., ACE, NBHWC, ICHWC) or Personal Trainer (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA).

Experience:

Proven experience in health coaching or personal training, with a strong track record in sales and marketing .

Sales Acumen:

Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close sales, and grow a client base.

Direct Marketing Skills:

Experience and comfort with direct outreach to businesses and individuals.

Tech-Savvy:

High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer systems.

Communication:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals. Bilingual (Spanish - a plus!): Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish is a strong advantage, allowing us to better serve our diverse community.

Mobility:

Must have a reliable car and be willing to travel locally for direct marketing and client meetings.

Flexibility:

Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs and marketing activities.
