Responsibilities Lead world-class Small Group Personal Training sessions (4-6 people max.) Deliver safe, challenging, and engaging workouts Ensure every member feels seen, supported, and successful Maintain coaching standards and attention to detail at all times Requirements Certified Personal Trainer credential from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM). Experience in Small Group Personal Training Passion for helping people achieve life-changing results Strong communication and relationship-building skills High energy and positive attitude Professional appearance and conduct Ability to coach groups while still making every member feel personally coached Benefits $60,000+ annual compensation package Additional commission opportunities Performance-based growth opportunities 16 Days
