We are looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven professional to serve as the face of our brand in the community, building partnerships, generating leads, and helping families discover a better way to care. This is not a desk job. This is a people-first, community-facing role where you will be out in the field, creating meaningful connections and driving real impact. About the Role The Club Promoter / Marketing & Community Liaison is responsible for community outreach, lead generation, and driving member admissions for our adult day club. You will build relationships, host events, educate the community, and create opportunities that convert into new memberships. Key Responsibilities:

Community Outreach & Engagement

• Represent ActivAge in the community with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Build relationships with: Physicians, neurologists, hospitals, and healthcare providers Senior living communities & home health agencies Chambers, networking groups, churches, and civic organizations Local employers and community partners
• Attend networking events, expos, and sponsorship opportunities
• Be the face of ActivAge in the community Event Planning & Brand Activation
• Plan, host, and execute engaging events such as: Health fairs Educational workshops Shred-athons Trivia nights Community engagement events
• Collaborate with partners to co-host events and expand reach
• Create experiences that bring people into our club Community Education & Partnerships
• Educate families and partners on the benefits of adult day services
• Host Lunch & Learns and presentations
• Maintain consistent communication with referral sources
• Send follow-ups and educational outreach to nurture relationships Tours, Day Passes & Admissions Support
• Schedule and conduct tours for prospective members and families
• Offer and coordinate free day passes
• Support admissions pipeline including follow-ups and conversions
• Be actively involved in transitions from hospitals or home Performance & Accountability
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly goals: Lead generation Tours scheduled Admissions conversions Maintain accurate CRM documentation
• Participate in: Weekly marketing meetings Daily/weekly activity reporting What We're Looking For Outgoing, energetic, and relationship-driven personality Strong communication and presentation skills Comfortable networking and speaking in group settings Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Organized and able to manage multiple outreach efforts Passion for helping seniors and families Requirements Full-time position Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally Must have a cell phone and laptop/tablet for daily use Must use company systems (email, phone, CRM) for all communication Must be available for early morning, evening, and weekend events as needed Compensation & Growth•Competitive base salary•Performance-based bonuses , including: Per admission bonuses Weekly member attendance hours bonuses Opportunity to grow within a fast-expanding organization Why ActivAge?
