Job Description Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. Job Description Insight Global is looking to hire a Regional Orthodontics Trainer in Tampa, FL. This individual will travel up to 90% of the time between multiple office locations across West and Central Florida, supporting clinical training initiatives for entry-level orthodontic assistants. They will lead a structured onboarding program that includes a one-week bootcamp at headquarters followed by a 12-week hands-on training program in the field, ensuring all processes and procedures are properly executed and signed off by clinical leadership. The trainer will work closely with office leaders and the Quality Director to reinforce technical orthodontic skills, conduct in-person assessments such as scans and tray setups, and provide ongoing coaching to maintain consistency across locations. This role requires flexibility to adapt to different office environments and may involve frequent day-to-day location changes. The compensation range for this role is $50,000
  • 65,000 annually with an additional 10% bonus and eligibility for overtime.

  • 2+ years of hands-on orthodontic clinical experience
  • Experience training or mentoring clinical staff
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 90% locally (within ~60-mile radius)
  • Strong knowledge of orthodontic procedures and workflows
  • Experience developing or delivering structured training programs
  • Prior experience working with orthodontic assistants
  • Familiarity with clinical evaluations (scans, imaging, tray setup)
  • Experience in multi-site or regional support roles
