Independent Personal Trainer / Physical Therapist - 1099 Space Rental Opportunity

All Inclusive CrossFit / Harmon Collective is looking for an experienced Personal Trainer or Physical Therapist who is interested in operating their own practice within our established health and wellness community. This is not a traditional hourly or salaried position . This is a 1099 independent contractor / space-rental opportunity where you will pay a monthly rental fee to use the space for your own clients and services. About the Opportunity The practitioner will have access to space within our facility to train, treat, and work with their own clients while operating as an independent professional.

Monthly Space Rental:

$1,200/month You will: Set and manage your own client schedule Maintain and grow your own client base Set your own pricing for services Collect payment directly from your clients Retain the revenue generated through your practice Operate independently while being part of a larger fitness and wellness community Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: A licensed Physical Therapist and/or Certified Personal Trainer Professional, reliable, and comfortable operating independently Passionate about helping people move, feel, and perform better Interested in building or expanding their own client base Comfortable working within a collaborative fitness and wellness environment Respectful of shared spaces, members, and other businesses within the facility Schedule Flexible / Self-Scheduled You will manage your own appointments and working hours within agreed-upon facility access hours. Compensation & Rental Structure This is a 1099 independent contractor arrangement , not an employee position. The practitioner pays $1,200 per month for use of the designated space and retains the income generated from their own clients. There is no hourly wage or salary provided by All Inclusive CrossFit / Harmon Collective.
