Intern Program Overview We are committed to building a strong talent pipeline by investing in early career professionals. Our internship and co-op programs provide mentorship, training, hands-on experience, and growth opportunities that empower students to explore their career paths with confidence. Summer interns work full-time (40 hours per week) from May through August. Candidates must be currently enrolled college students actively pursuing a degree to participate in the internship program. Job Purpose The North America Technical Training team develops and delivers technical training for CNH dealer technicians, field personnel, and internal employees. Our team collaborates with engineering, product management, product support, and other business functions to create training materials that help technicians effectively diagnose, maintain, and repair CNH equipment. Training is delivered through instructor-led, virtual, and web-based formats at training centers across North America, including the Ag Info Center in Nevada, Iowa, one of our primary technical training facilities. Key Responsibilities The Agricultural Technical Training Intern will work alongside the Technical Training team to support the development and delivery of technical training for dealer technicians and employees. Responsibilities include gaining hands-on experience with agricultural equipment, assisting with training preparation and content development, participating in field activities and demonstrations, evaluating existing training materials for continuous improvement, and supporting initiatives to streamline training development and delivery processes. The internship provides practical experience in agricultural technology, technical communication, instructional design, and workforce development. Experience Required Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor's Degree.
