Hybrid (8 Virtual Sessions & 4 In-Person Sessions) Reports to: Chief Operating Officer Help Entrepreneurs Build Businesses That Thrive The MAC Chamber is seeking a dynamic, engaging, and experienced Contract Program Instructor to lead our signature MAC Xcelerator Program , a 12-week entrepreneurship and business development program designed to help small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs launch, grow, and scale successful businesses. Through innovative programs, strategic partnerships, and business support initiatives, the MAC Chamber equips entrepreneurs and leaders with the tools and resources needed to succeed. About MAC Xcelerator MAC Xcelerator is a high-impact entrepreneurship accelerator that provides practical business education, mentorship, accountability, and networking opportunities for entrepreneurs and small business owners. Participants engage in weekly sessions focused on: Business planning Marketing and branding Financial management Operations and growth strategy Leadership and mindset Pitch preparation and business sustainability What You'll Do Teach weekly MAC Xcelerator sessions in both virtual and in-person settings. Deliver curriculum and guide engaging discussions around entrepreneurship and business growth. Build strong relationships with participants and encourage engagement. Recruit program speakers and facilitate sessions. Foster a collaborative, motivating, and professional learning environment. Support participants through accountability, goal-setting, and business development activities. Grade homework assignment, review business plans and pitch decks. Track participant attendance and engagement. Collaborate with MAC Chamber staff to ensure smooth program delivery. Participate in instructor onboarding and training sessions. What We're Looking For We are seeking instructors who are: Passionate about entrepreneurship and small business development. Strong communicators and confident public speakers. Comfortable facilitating both online and in-person learning environments. Professional, organized, dependable, and engaging. Skilled at motivating adult learners and fostering participation. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in: Business Marketing Finance Accounting Education Management OR 2-5 years of equivalent professional experience in entrepreneurship, business development, coaching, consulting, training, or program facilitation. Additional Preferred Experience Experience as an entrepreneur, business owner, consultant, educator, or trainer. Experience facilitating workshops, adult learning programs, or group discussions. Knowledge of business operations, marketing, finance, or strategic planning. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Professional Development Opportunity Selected instructors will receive training to become a Kauffman FastTrac Facilitator , providing nationally recognized facilitation training and valuable professional development experience.
