JOB DESCRIPTION

Looking for Visa independent only (NO 1099 AND EAD) seeking an experienced SAP PM Lead to support and enhance the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) landscape for Conagra Brands. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA, with deep knowledge of maintenance processes in a manufacturing environment. This role will lead business discussions, design and implement PM solutions, and support integration with other SAP modules such as MM, QM, PP, and FICO. The consultant will work closely with plant stakeholders and travel to Client manufacturing facilities in Indiana and Texas to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and support deployments.

Travel :

Required to manufacturing plants in Indiana and Texas on their own expenses Key Responsibilities Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP PM solutions in ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA. Gather and analyze business requirements from maintenance, reliability, and operations teams. Configure core SAP PM functionalities, including: Technical Objects (Equipment, Functional Locations) Maintenance Notifications Work Orders Preventive Maintenance Plans Task Lists Measuring Points and Counters Refurbishment Processes Support migration and transformation from ECC 6.0 to

SAP S/4HANA.

Design and optimize preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance processes.

Integrate PM with:

SAP MM for spare parts and procurement SAP PP for production planning SAP QM for quality notifications

SAP FI/CO

for cost tracking and settlement Work with plant teams during fit-gap sessions, testing, training, and hypercare. Lead unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution. Prepare functional specifications for custom developments, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms. Coordinate with technical teams, basis, security, and data migration teams. Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations. Required Qualifications 15+ years of SAP functional experience, with at least 10 years in SAP PM. Strong hands-on configuration experience in both SAP ECC 6.0 and

SAP S/4HANA.

At least 4 full lifecycle SAP implementations, including one S/4HANA implementation or migration. Deep understanding of maintenance processes in manufacturing environments. Experience with technical objects, work management, preventive maintenance, and maintenance analytics. Strong integration experience with MM, PP, QM, and FI/CO. Experience preparing functional specifications and managing development teams. Excellent client-facing and leadership skills. Willingness to travel to Client plants in Indiana and Texas as required.
