Job Description
Are you good at teaching people how to do a new job? Do you find it rewarding to help others conquer things that are a challenge for them? If the answer is yes, you might be who we are looking for. We need to hire part time Vocational Trainers. What is a Vocational Trainer? A Vocational Trainer works with individuals who have disabilities, are employed and need help having success in their jobs. Experience training others is helpful but not required. The most important qualifications are a willingness to jump in and learn, a motivation to help others do well, and patience when it takes longer for your trainee to "get it". We will provide training to arm you with the tools you need. All of this comes with competitive pay, reimbursement for mileage.
