Cintas is seeking a Production Trainer to train and provide guidance to new hires and existing partners on day-to-day processes in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include ensuring proper development of new hires; continued development of tenured partners; working with supervisors to identify quality and efficiency issues; documenting and enforcing training procedures for the Distribution Center; upholding quality standards; troubleshooting and problem solving issues as necessary; and implementing safety processes and procedures.
Skills/Qualifications
Required High School Diploma/GED
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet Preferred 1-2 years' training and production experience

90 - $23.63/Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs.
